This site was formally the Midtown Sports Hotel and Motel. Following a demolition of the hotel Evans Long developed a purpose built Service Station for Puma Energy incorporating one of the first branded 7 street cafes for the group. The Midtown Motel underwent a refurbishment and was leased to a local operator on 10 year term.
