Located within the Stockland master planned community of “Northshore”, the site adjoins McDonalds and is opposite the new Bunnings Warehouse store. A purpose built Caltex service station and Star Mart developed on a stand-alone basis. The facility comprises a 280m² Star Mart and fuel canopy with four dual pump stations. The development also included turn key delivery of the Star Mart fit out.
