Redevelopment of the Heritage Listed La Boite Theatre Building, Hale Street, Brisbane, into unique and sophisticated upper and lower tenancies. The heritage and historical content of the theatre has been maintained throughout, leaving intact the original brick facade and internal brick walls exposing the artists’ original graffiti behind clear Perspex. Construction consisted of the demolition of two floors including the removal of the old stage and performers’ tunnels, and the addition of a new mezzanine level creating a three level commercial office.
