NatSteel Australia, a wholly owned subsidiary of NatSteel Holding who in turn is owned by Tata Steel, one of the world’s largest steel companies, precommitted to lease this 3000m² warehouse facility in Townsville. The building, comprising a 300m² office + 3000m² warehouse, was developed to meet NatSteel’s brief of a drive through facility with future expansion capabilities.
