Development comprises the design and construction of 3,800m² of consultancy suites over the top of a multi-storey carpark. Nucleus was developed within a volumetric title acquired from Uniting Health (owners of The Sunshine Coast Private Hospital). As part of the development 270 car spaces were constructed, 180 of which were retained within the Uniting Health title.
