Originally built in the late ’80s The Wharf Mooloolaba was purchased by Evans Long in 2016 after being let sit unmaintained for over 10 years. The seaside precinct is perched along the Mooloolah River and consists of nearly 30 specialty offerings across several small pavilions linked by external walkways. Evans Long has transformed the precinct once again into the place to meet, eat and play by fully refurbishing the precinct as part of a multi-million-dollar investment. The Wharf Mooloolaba now boasts a variety of boutique shops, eateries and activities to attract locals and holidaymakers alike and will continue to grow as the redevelopment expands across all areas of the precinct.
