Development comprises the design and construction of 3,800m² of consultancy suites over the top of a multi-storey carpark. Nucleus was developed within a volumetric title acquired from Uniting Health (owners of The Sunshine Coast Private Hospital). A purpose built greenfield development located at Moranbah. The Service Centre consists of vehicle and truck re-fuelling and convenience shop and 2 fuel dispensing canopies. The facility was purpose built for Puma Energy and adjoins the recently completed McDonalds. The project included a road extension to Meninga Crescent, and services infrastructure including new water main.

4,500m² office/warehouse

A 35 unit residential development within close proximity to the CBD and Newmarket Railway station. Evans Long delivered the development from a greenfield site with the 35 units comprising a mix of one and two bedroom units over three levels including at grade undercover carparking.

NatSteel Australia, a wholly owned subsidiary of NatSteel Holding who in turn is owned by Tata Steel, one of the world’s largest steel companies, precommitted to lease this 3000m² warehouse facility in Townsville.
